Job Title: Reliability Maintenance Specialist

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reliability Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to prevent equipment failures
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitoring to identify potential issues
  • Solve problems quickly and effectively to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians

 

Requirements:

- Full Engineering indentured Apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject

- Relevant experience in a technical leadership role

- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
