You will work closely with our executive and senior management teams to provide well-thought-through guidance on the mitigation of key legal and commercial risks.

As a seasoned lawyer, you will have a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel, negotiate and oversee the drafting of commercial contracts, and advise on a wide range of legal issues.

Responsibilities:**

  • Provide senior counsel support to the Group Head of Legal.
  • Work closely with our executive and senior management teams.
  • Negotiate and oversee the drafting of commercial contracts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel.
  • Advise on a wide range of legal issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
  • Experience working/advising in dynamic, commercially focussed organizations.
  • Corporate and M&A Skills: legal leadership.
