As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of an office and meet sales targets.

  • Lead a team to achieve sales targets in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Agri Lines
  • Work closely with customers and prospects, particularly in the Commercial and Agri sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Support regional goals and projects alongside other branch managers
  • Ensure efficient and compliant processes align with industry standards
  • Monitor team performance and sales activity
  • Participate in local networking opportunities and community partnerships

Requirements:

  • CIP qualification
  • Experience in people management or team leadership
  • Strong background in sales and relationship management
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Organised, natural leader, and great with people
  • Confident managing sales performance and setting goals
  • Full clean driver's licence
  • Effective communicator and mentor
  • Results-driven and goal-focused
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness
