Payments and Cards Domain Expert

This role requires a seasoned business analyst with strong experience in payments and cards systems. You will work closely with clients to develop and prioritise requirements, creating supporting design documentation and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include working with FS clients to develop epics and user stories, developing process maps and decision papers, and having experience in using collaboration tools like confluence and JIRA.

  • Develop epics and user stories with a focus on payment and cards systems.
  • Work with Product owner and scrum team members to drive your requirements through the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Become a subject matter resource for Payments and/or Cards domain.
  • Support other project deliverables e.g. training, non-functional testing, data mapping.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of strong experience in business analysis, requirement elicitation and writing epics and user stories with a focus on payment and cards systems.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of IT Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (SDLC) including Waterfall & Agile.
  • Excellent understanding of European payments schemes e.g. SEPA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in IT or relevant field.
  • Agile certification (CSPO) and/or BA certifications e.g. IIBA.
