Property Maintenance Coordinator


Doran Estates, a leading provider of property services, seeks a skilled Property Maintenance Coordinator to join its well-established team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering a large portfolio of residential investment properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day general maintenance issues
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors on a daily basis
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are maintained to the correct standard
  • Handle owner and tenant queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Advise clients on housing standards and ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations
  • Regularly liaise with property owners and management companies
  • Collaborate with property managers for multi-unit developments

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, including RTB, rent increases, and notice periods
  • Experience with Letman & Fix Flo system an advantage (training provided if necessary)
  • Valid full clean driver's license and use of own vehicle
  • Proficiency in common computer programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Strong customer focus and professional management style
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic, honest, sincere, and possess integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Driven and eager to learn
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Team player
