Senior Project Manager Opportunity

Our company seeks an ambitious and skilled professional to excel in the role of a Senior Project Manager. This position offers the chance to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
We are looking for a seasoned project manager with a strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience in managing large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist technical leadership, planning, and resource allocation. They will also implement best practices in project controls, performance management, and reporting to maintain high standards.

- Prior experience managing large-scale projects with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- A background in carpentry is advantageous.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, team player, and excellent communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist technical leadership to drive project success.
- Plan and resource projects, monitoring progress against budgets and ensuring timely delivery.
- Implement best practices in project controls, performance management, and reporting to maintain exceptional standards.
- Monitor sub-contractor performance, determining labour requirements to meet project objectives.
- Educate staff on current legislation and training needs to align with company goals.
