The Associate Director will be responsible for maintaining compliance with quality management and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. This role plays a critical leadership role in advancing next-generation AI platforms and automated storage and dispensing solutions.
Main responsibilities include applying technical expertise, developing technical and business process solutions to complex problems, executing milestone-based program planning, and understanding agile concepts. The Associate Director will design and perform complex development, modify methodologies and procedures as applicable, define program resource needs, and lead the effort to prepare project contracts.
Additionally, this role requires the ability to engage, influence, and direct all functions involved in developing products, facilitate core team dynamics, and cultivate high-performing core team members. The ideal candidate will have exceptional influencing skills, with the ability to achieve challenging goals through others without direct authority.
