Accounting Advisory Leadership Opportunity

This is a senior leadership position where you will be tasked with scaling our Accounting Advisory division, working alongside existing leadership to shape its future.

As a leader, you will have access to a wide network of internal and external clients and the autonomy to drive business growth through innovation and proactive client service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategy, growth, and performance in a professional services firm. They will also possess strong commercial acumen, the ability to build relationships with clients, deliver advisory services across various sectors, and mentor high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategy, growth, and performance of the Accounting Advisory division.
  • Build relationships with clients to expand service offerings.
  • Deliver advisory services to a portfolio of dynamic clients across various sectors.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.

  • Professionals coming from backgrounds including:
    • Existing Partners or Directors within top 20 professional services firms.
    • Senior leaders in industry with prior professional services experience and appetite to return to practice.
    • Ambitious sole practitioners seeking a platform to scale.
    • Individuals with strong commercial acumen and a drive to grow and develop a business line.
