We're working with a global advisory firm that partners with CFOs and finance leaders to deliver hands-on solutions across technical accounting, capital markets, tax, ESG, and more.
With a team of over 1,000 professionals and a presence across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific, the firm is expanding into Ireland and offers a dynamic, flexible environment for ambitious professionals.
The Opportunity
This is a chance to join at manager level, leading project teams and working directly with senior client stakeholders and their auditors.
You'll play a key role in delivering complex accounting solutions, mentoring consultants, and contributing to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and review accounting advisory projects, including due diligence and regulatory reporting.
Solve complex accounting issues in collaboration with client leadership.
Guide and mentor consultants, supporting their development.
Contribute to recruiting, client relationship management, and growth initiatives.
About You:
5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a Big 4 Accounting Firm.
A background in external audit and accounting advisory.
Industry experience is advantageous.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proactive, organized, and client-focused.
