Senior Accounting Manager - Financial Advisory Role

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to join our team as a Senior Accounting Manager, where you will lead project teams and collaborate with senior client stakeholders and their auditors.

  • Oversee accounting advisory projects, including due diligence and regulatory reporting, ensuring high-quality deliverables and excellent client satisfaction.
  • Analyze complex accounting issues and develop effective solutions in collaboration with client leadership.
  • Mentor junior consultants, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
  • Contribute to business growth initiatives, including recruiting, client relationship management, and strategic planning.

About You:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience, preferably in a Big 4 Accounting Firm or similar environment.
  • Strong background in external audit and accounting advisory, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Industry experience is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP, with the ability to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on building relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of accounting standards and regulations is essential for success in this role.
