Job Title: HubSpot Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our HubSpot platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the HubSpot platform.
  • Manage configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HubSpot, including user and role management, workflows, pipelines, and custom fields.
  • Oversee CRM data quality, hygiene, and integrity to ensure accurate and meaningful information.
  • Monitor system usage, user adoption, and data compliance; identify and resolve issues.
  • Document business processes and workflows within HubSpot; deliver training to team members.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience working in a CRM related role; direct experience with HubSpot is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot administration, including workflow automation, data management, and integrations.
  • Experience with change management, user training, and process documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable pulling and presenting metrics/analysis from HubSpot.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HubSpot's features and capabilities, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
