Job Title: Property Support Secretary
- Support solicitors in conveyancing by providing administrative and secretarial services.
- Manage correspondence, prepare documents, and handle client queries efficiently.
- Typping up contracts, leases, and other documents using digital dictation tools.
- Maintain accurate files and case management systems to ensure seamless delivery.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and Land Registry on behalf of the firm.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a conveyancing secretary or legal secretary is essential for success in this role.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in digital dictation systems are must-haves.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and case management software is necessary for optimal performance.
