Job Overview

Expert integrations or API development professionals with a passion for technology and building relationships are invited to apply for this role. As the initial point of contact for third-party companies and software vendors, you'll help them understand products and integration processes.

Your key responsibilities will involve working closely with business constituents, gathering integration requirements, advising partners on best practices, provisioning and configuring sandbox sites to support partner integration development and certification activities, and communicating complex ideas clearly.

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to work with various technical and business stakeholders, drive technical escalations to completion, and contribute to the company's mission of empowering global businesses through talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure sandbox sites for partner integration development and certification.
  • Support and certify partner integration builds to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Provide timely responses to technical questions during certification processes.
  • Advise partners on using APIs and available technology for optimal integration design.
  • Update records related to partner communications and integration certification status.
  • Work with internal partners to resolve technical escalations and JIRA tickets.
  • Provision iCIMS Developer Community access for partner developer contacts.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical and customer-facing role.
  • Intermediate knowledge of JSON RESTful APIs and current integration technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Business acumen and ability to solve complex problems.
