Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Resolving queries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Updating internal systems accurately after each interaction
  • Working as part of a team to meet performance and service targets
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience (Hospitality, Insurance, or Contact Centre preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle calls with empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with basic computer literacy
