The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance sector
- Customer contact expertise in an insurance sales and service environment (preferred)
- Experience multitasking in a Windows operating system environment
- Excellent business English communication skills (oral and written)
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client requests, conducting research, and resolving disputes efficiently
- Build strong client relationships by gathering information, identifying life events, assessing needs, and presenting relevant USAA insurance products
- Proactively identify and suggest suitable USAA insurance products to meet client needs
- Achieve sales and service targets while adhering to regulatory compliance guidelines and procedures
- Graduate or postgraduate degree
- APA or CIP qualifications (or equivalent)
