Responsibilities
  • Produce design solutions including drawings, schedules, technical submittals, and other documentation required in an agreed timeframe.
  • Liaise with clients, construction teams, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover of the design package.
  • Design and draft in both CAD and Revit.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage and deliver complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD essential - Adobe, Sketchup, and MS Office skills advantageous.
  • Excellent technical ability and design skills, demonstrable through previous project experience.
  • Ability to manage time to meet project and team requirements.
  • Adaptability and effective communication skills to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing significant elements of large-scale, complex projects beneficial.
  • A team collaborator able to communicate and coordinate effectively with the design team and other consultants.
  • An effective motivator able to lead, coach, and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
  • Ability to direct, oversee, and check the output of junior team members.
  • Excellent organisational skills to achieve deliverables on time and within project constraints.
