Job Description

The Manager Tech Delivery will oversee cross-functional teams of IT professionals, supporting business clients and internal partners. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Project delivery for assigned applications, commissioning projects to be executed by Tech PMs.
  2. Establishing day-to-day management direction, defining priorities, and strategies consistent with business goals and Technology Leadership team objectives.
  3. Communicating business vision, goals, and portfolio priorities to team members.
  4. Developing impact assessments and managing assigned portfolio delivery schedules, periodically performing risk assessments.
  5. Monitoring and managing Capacity Forecasting process compliance among Technology Project Managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • A strong understanding of IT operations, project management disciplines, and enterprise technology delivery practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
