Customer Service Representative

To deliver a great shopping experience, we are looking for colleagues who put customers first and champion our products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers, helping us to continually improve.

We're seeking individuals who take pride in ensuring excellent service throughout every customer visit. This includes serving customers efficiently, keeping the store clean and tidy, and monitoring daily sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have high levels of customer service, strong communication skills, and be adaptable to changing situations. They will also build positive relationships by being a good listener and possess a good level of digital capability.

Purpose and Key Accountabilities:
  • Serve Customers Efficiently: Deliver remarkable service, serve customers on the shop floor and at service points, and ensure shelves are always stocked with product.
  • Keep Store Clean and Tidy: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and easy to navigate.
  • Monitor Daily Sales Targets: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and monitor daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.

  • High Levels of Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Develop strong relationships with colleagues and customers, utilizing effective communication skills to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Adaptable to Changing Situations: Remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing situations and priorities as needed.
