We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be the face of our business, responsible for greeting and looking after our guests so they leave delighted.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and has a genuine desire to make a positive impact on our customers' lives. If you are an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and looking after our guests so they go home delighted
  • Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
  • Being knowledgeable about our menu and making recommendations to our guests
  • Representing our company and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
