Job Description

This position involves working a 24-hour schedule per week, covering three days out of every six, including bank holidays. As the face of our business, your interaction with customers is crucial to our success.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering frozen meals and bringing sunshine to our customers' doors, regardless of the weather conditions. You must enjoy meeting people and have a willingness to go above and beyond expectations.

You will also work in our cold storage facility, which operates at a temperature of -20°C. Protective clothing designed to handle this temperature will be provided, along with regular breaks to warm up and have a hot drink when necessary.

As part of the wider team, you will need to be willing to help out the office team whenever possible. We encourage movement between teams to provide flexibility, job satisfaction, personal development, and knowledge of the whole business.
