Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience in our store.

Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be required to maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate information about our products.

In addition to your customer-facing role, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
