Environmental Due Diligence and Compliance Specialist

As a lead consultant, you will conduct environmental due diligence audits for industrial and commercial transactions. You will assess potential environmental liabilities and compliance at manufacturing/commercial facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments consistent with ASTM standards.
- Liaising with the transaction team to discuss identified liabilities.
- Assisting clients with post-transaction integration.
- Providing general environmental compliance support to clients across various regulatory program areas.
Required skills and qualifications:
- BS or MS in Environmental, Chemical, Geological, or other related Engineering or Environmental Science.
- 5+ years of experience with environmental due diligence assessments and environmental regulatory compliance.
- Strong technical skills and experience writing technical reports.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
