About the Role
  • To supervise the daily activities of our residential care home in County Sligo, ensuring a secure and nurturing environment for residents.
  • Work closely with the Manager to contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that enhance resident outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and diversity within the home and its work.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient operation and daily management of the residential care home, adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and support the Social Care team in delivering a high-quality service that prioritizes resident safety, well-being, and growth.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

  • Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential care or working with vulnerable populations.
  • CORU Registration eligibility.
  • Excellent communication, IT, and report writing abilities.
  • Full clean Irish driver's license and valid Garda Clearance.
  • Valid Overseas Clearance if applicable.
