Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate project team meetings.
  • Track project tasks proactively and follow up with task owners to ensure key deliverables are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and key project materials.
  • Provide regular updates and communications to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project team members.
  • Carry out general project administration tasks as required.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) is required.
