Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various clients in cross-border matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
  • strong academics;
  • technically excellent with strong attention to detail;
