Job Summary

">

The Fundraising Administrator will join our Community Fundraising team, responsible for ensuring our supporters receive timely and personalized thank-yous, showcasing the impact of their donations. This role includes general office tasks, donor care planning, fundraising pack fulfillment, and data entry into our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Develop and implement effective donor care plans to enhance supporter experiences">
  • Fulfill fundraising packs and deliver them to supporters in a timely manner">
  • Input donor data into our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency">
  • Greet community donors at reception, providing a warm and welcoming experience">
  • Contribute to the development of fundraising campaigns and activities">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

">
  • ">
  • Educated to Leaving Certificate or equivalent">
  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, or fundraising">
  • Excellent relationship management skills">
  • Professional and warm communication skills">
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize own workload">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate staff, volunteers, and supporters">
