Debt Recovery Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, branches, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable ledgers for multiple branches, ensuring timely and accurate collections.

• Conduct thorough risk reviews of new and existing customers to determine appropriate credit limits.

• Oversee credit override requests to support smooth order-to-cash processes.

• Perform regular ledger reviews with management and branches to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Resolve credit account queries promptly, providing excellent customer service.

• Support the achievement of cash KPIs by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

• Collate information for legal action or insurance claims as required.

• Assist with cash recording and allocation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Manage annual credit limit reviews for assigned branches, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Elevate account concerns to the Credit Team Leader for prompt resolution.

• Provide analysis and reporting as needed to inform business decisions.

• Collaborate with the team to provide cover during holidays or absences.

Requirements:
