Job Title: Associate Transaction Manager

  • Direct communication with clients and potential clients to support their business needs.
  • Assume responsibility for the ongoing support of client companies in the field of capital markets, primarily in terms of corporate law, as part of our services.
  • Oversee the internal 'onboarding' process for new clients (compliance/KYC).
  • Draft, negotiate, and adapt service agreements between clients and the company.
  • Establish and administer special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and manage administration and other back-office requirements, supporting the accounting team and tax advisor in accounting matters.
  • Prepare, review, and adapt mainly corporate and contractual documents.
  • Manage communication with customers, authorities, law firms, tax advisors, auditors, and other third parties.
  • Represent clients independently externally vis-a-vis the company.
  • Support management and the Executive Director in legal matters related to clients.
  • Participate in events, congresses, seminars, and actively contribute to development and marketing, consulting with management.
Requirements:

Ideally have experience in Ireland, especially in Capital Markets.

Have a genuine passion for your work and be driven by your motivations.

Be driven, confident, flexible, and engaged.

Hold a master's degree or professional studies in law.

A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience.

Be leaders/managers who can support, encourage, and develop more junior colleagues.

Be fluent in English.

Have proven experience in financial services, international law, tax, or trust environments.
