Imagine joining a fast-paced environment where technology and innovation drive business growth. We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to lead our Customer Service Transformation initiative.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of experts to design and deliver automation solutions that support our ability to scale to up to 300 million customers per annum. Leveraging best-in-class technology and generative AI, we aim to deliver more self-service tools and fully automated workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Project management of all activities currently performed by the transformation team.
  • Systems design and innovation, systems optimisation, MIS/BI reporting and business insight, automation of every CS task and implementation of a new intelligent telephony platform that leverages AI.
  • Collaboration with the Labs and Digital teams to design and implement projects and support projects across the team
  • Development of new business processes and implementation of changes across contact centers
  • Delivery in an agile way, providing the best outcome for the company from a cost and functionality point of view.
  • Collaboration with colleagues across the business to understand needs and demands from other functions that may benefit from the experience of CS in Operational Transformations capabilities.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years in Managing projects/business transformation.
  • Good understanding of how to put together a project plan/asses risk and create ideas
  • Proven track record in basic project management and understanding
  • Shows initiative and courage to challenge the status quo and to remove barriers to change
