Dementia Care Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to our residents.
- This role involves delivering person-centred care, maintaining professional standards, and participating in care planning, documentation, and evaluation.
- You will collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes, upholding resident dignity, privacy, and autonomy at all times.
- Additionally, you will support infection prevention, clinical audits, and service improvements, while also participating in training, mentoring, and performance development.
- A registered nurse with active registration is required, along with demonstrated knowledge of dementia-specific care and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, empathetic, and resident-focused attitude is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Commitment to continuous professional development is also highly valued.
