Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that supports business units and program releases.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work from our office three days per week. They will also have a strong educational background in English, Journalism, Technical Communications, Languages, Software & Hardware Engineering, Multimedia or Science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating content for business units under the guidance of senior team members
• Working closely with teams of engineers, developers, product managers, and marketers across the world
• Creating content in DITA XML and content management systems
• Creating technical illustrations
• Providing DocOps support, including opportunity to support one of our process teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan workload and multi-task
• Technical illustration skills: Photoshop and Illustrator or similar
• Experience with topic-based writing, preferably DITA XML
• Document control and revisioning in content management or version control systems
