We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Executive to lead Ireland-based bids for our Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering bids in Word and PowerPoint, driving and reinforcing bid strategy throughout the process.
- Managing the bid process from inception to completion, including leading kick-off and progress meetings, working with senior technical staff and support staff to develop, write, and refine responses.
- Quality checking tender documents prior to submission via electronic portal or other digital formats.
- Leading preparation workshops and creating presentations for mid and post-tender interviews.
- Working with marketing teams and technical teams to create and keep up-to-date CVs, project profiles, and other collateral for use in bids.
- Ad-hoc management of junior team members on all bid-related information.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field, with a minimum of three years' experience in a bid writing, coordinating, or management role.
- APMP Foundation certification is desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience of working in a professional services environment, with complex, multi-site, and fast-paced workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of working with industry-standard programmes (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe InDesign, etc.).
