As a key member of our hotel team, the Duty Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with department heads to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor and maintain operational standards throughout the facility
- Regularly patrol the premises to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Lead the team during emergency situations such as fire alarms or pre-alarm scenarios
- Maintain a lobby presence during peak periods and attend daily team briefings
- Ensure comprehensive handovers are completed to inform the next shift of VIPs, complaints, and special requests
- Address Salto Wristband loss situations and conduct regular spot-checks on guest bedrooms
- Handle complaints in a calm and organized manner, ensuring complete service recovery
- Strong hospitality management and hotel operations expertise

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
