Job Summary
You will oversee and enhance recruitment and selection processes for hotel staff. Ensure onboarding and offboarding compliance. Champion Training and Development initiatives to maximize employee potential and performance. Assist with HR Administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

About This Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our hotel's success. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Human Resources, preferably with experience in Recruitment and Selection. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
