Commercial Asset Strategist

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a driven professional with expertise in commercial property sales & leasing to take their career to the next level in a globally focused environment.

As part of our organization, you will play a key role in managing property sales/leasing negotiations, coordinating site acquisitions and development projects, developing relationships with key stakeholders, supporting operational processes, and ensuring compliance reporting.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A third-level degree in business studies or a relevant discipline.
  • Chartered surveyor status (SCSI and/or RICS).
  • 3-5+ years' experience in commercially focused property sales or leasing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people at all levels.
  • Strong IT and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget.
