Leading Commercial Property Sales

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Professional to join our team. As a key member of our commercial property sales and leasing department, you will be responsible for managing property sales/leasing negotiations, coordinating new site acquisitions and development projects, developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, supporting multi-annual budgeting processes, managing credit control activities, reviewing commercial proposals, overseeing compliance reporting and providing support to the leadership/executive team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage property sales/leasing negotiations to ensure maximum value for the organization
- Coordinate new site acquisitions and development projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders
- Support multi-annual budgeting processes
- Manage credit control activities
- Review commercial proposals
- Oversight of compliance reporting
- Provide support to the leadership/executive team as needed
- 3rd level degree (or above) qualified in business studies or a relevant discipline
- Fully qualified chartered surveyor - SCSI and/or RICS - ideally
- 3-5+ years experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to engage and network with people at all levels of seniority
- Strong IT and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget
