Senior Commercial Property Professional

We are seeking an experienced property services professional to join our client.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a suitably qualified, driven, and dynamic candidate to develop their career in a globally focused environment.

The Job:

Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Operations, this senior-level role will have broad-based responsibilities across all aspects of commercial property sales and leasing.

The successful candidate will manage property sales/leasing negotiations, coordinate new site acquisitions and development projects, develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, support multi-annual business planning processes, manage credit control activities, review commercial proposals, and oversee compliance reporting.

Your Skills/Experience:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 3rd level degree (or above) qualified in business studies or a relevant discipline.
  • Fully qualified chartered surveyor - SCSI and/or RICS - ideally.
  • 3-5+ years experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to engage and network with people at all levels of seniority.
  • Strong IT and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget.
The Offer:

This position is being offered as a permanent role with a competitive salary range depending on experience, offering a strong additional benefits package.

The role will be primarily office-based, 5 days per week, but with some flexibility for remote work depending on business needs.
