Asset Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Professional to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.

You will develop and implement asset strategies, working closely with the construction team to align renovation, redevelopment, and acquisition plans. Key areas of focus include monitoring financial performance, including rent collection, budgeting, and forecasting for both residential and commercial assets.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing residential properties, with some exposure to commercial asset management. A strong understanding of property market dynamics and construction processes is essential. Additionally, excellent financial acumen and ability to develop actionable strategies for asset optimization are required.

A degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset strategies to optimize property performance
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including rent collection, budgeting, and forecasting
