Senior Property Sales and Asset Management Professional

Are you a seasoned property services professional with extensive experience in commercial property sales and leasing? Do you have a strong background in managing assets and portfolios?

We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our organization as a Senior Property Sales and Asset Management Professional. This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and driven individual to take on this newly created role and further develop their career in a globally focused environment.

The Role:

As a Senior Property Sales and Asset Management Professional, you will report directly to the Director of Commercial Operations and be responsible for managing property sales and leasing negotiations to ensure maximum value for the organization. You will also coordinate new site acquisitions and development projects, develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, support multi-annual budgeting processes, manage credit control activities, review commercial proposals, and oversee compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* 3rd level degree (or above) qualified in business studies or a relevant discipline
* Fully qualified chartered surveyor - SCSI and/or RICS ideally
* 3-5+ years experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role
* Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to engage and network with people at all levels of seniority
* Strong IT and analytical skills
* Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget

Working Arrangements:

This role will be primarily office based 5 days per week with some flexibility for working from home depending on business needs.
