Seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in commercial property sales and leasing, as well as strong analytical skills and experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead property sales and leasing negotiations to achieve maximum value for the business.
  • Coordinate site acquisitions and development projects to drive growth and profitability.
  • BUILD and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to multi-annual budgeting processes to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage credit control activities to ensure timely and accurate payment.
  • Evaluate commercial proposals to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee compliance reporting to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Support the executive team as needed to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Hold a third-level degree in business studies or a relevant discipline.
  • Possess chartered surveyor qualifications (SCSI and/or RICS) for added advantage.
  • Bring 3-5 years of experience in commercially focused property sales or leasing roles.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people at all levels of seniority.
  • Showcase strong IT and analytical skills to inform business decisions.
  • Prove ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget.
