**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced property professional to join our team as a Commercial Property Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing negotiations, coordinating new site acquisitions and development projects, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting multi-annual budgeting processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property sales and leasing, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage and network with people at all levels of seniority. A fully qualified chartered surveyor is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property sales/leasing negotiations to ensure maximum value for the organization
  • Coordinate new site acquisitions and development projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders
  • Support multi-annual budgeting processes
  • Manage credit control activities
  • Review commercial proposals
  • Oversight of compliance reporting

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 3rd level degree (or above) qualified in business studies or a relevant discipline
  • Fully qualified chartered surveyor - SCSI and/or RICS - ideally
  • 3-5+ years experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to engage and network with people at all levels of seniority
  • Strong IT and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget
