Digital Graphic Designer Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Graphic Designer to cover a 12-month maternity period. The ideal candidate will have strong potential to extend into a permanent position. The role involves:

1. Design Execution: Produce high-quality visual content across digital, motion, video, CRM, and social media.
2. Creative Ideation: Lead concept development and storytelling to support campaign goals.
3. Brand Management & Copywriting: Champion the company's brand voice, visual identity, and tone.

The successful candidate will have experience working in digital or agency design environments, with a proven track record of using AI tools to enhance creative output. They will also be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for collaborative design and prototyping. Excellent creative ideation and storytelling ability, solid copywriting and tone-of-voice adaptability, exceptional attention to detail, and effective time and project management skills are essential. The ideal candidate will also possess a collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally.
