We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Healthcare Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people.


As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional person-centered care to residents. This will involve encouraging independence, creating meaningful connections, and engaging in fun activities and outings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to residents with dignity and respect.
  • Encourage residents to maintain their independence and engage in daily activities.
  • Build strong relationships with residents based on trust and empathy.
  • Support residents in maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Contribute to ensuring that our care home maintains top standards by supporting inspections and audits.

Requirements:

  • Experience in elderly care (preferred but not essential).
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of older people.
  • A caring and patient nature with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts.
  • A strong commitment to health and safety.
