Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Support Worker, responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries.

About the Role

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team in a residential setting, where they will be expected to build strong relationships and provide person-centred care. This will involve creating and implementing individualised rehabilitation plans, promoting independence through daily living skills and goal-focused activities.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant Health or Social Care qualification to a QQI Level 5 or higher, as well as excellent communication and IT skills. Experience in residential or community settings would be an advantage, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries
  • Create and implement individualised rehabilitation plans
  • Promote independence through daily living skills and goal-focused activities
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless care delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant Health or Social Care qualification to a QQI Level 5 or higher
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
