Job Overview

We are seeking a team player to join our culinary staff in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests – Greet, serve food, and handle payments efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
  • Follow established operational standards and safety procedures to deliver fresh and quality food to our guests.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, rotating through various positions – Front counter, Drive Through, or Kitchen.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals in a fun and positive environment.
Qualifications
  • Friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Previous operations experience is a plus.
  • Some high school education.
  • Food Handler certification may be required, acquired at your expense.

While performing duties, kitchen areas can be hot and noisy with steam from equipment. Workspace is restricted, and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen knives and other equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand up to four hours, and reach across countertops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are dynamic environments with changing priorities, and employees must be able to adapt and manage conflicts.
