As a highly motivated and results-driven professional, you will lead the growth of our MSP partnerships by acquiring and developing new MSP Partners and Distributors that align with our business objectives. You will also be responsible for nurturing and maintaining existing partnerships to ensure their continued success.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in partner management, business development, and a strong knowledge of the MSP market. A background in cybersecurity is a plus, but not required.
Your mission will be to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. You will achieve designated targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned MSP partner accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive strategic business planning with key partners to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Build strong relationships with the sales field and collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to foster a "one team" culture.
- Leverage technology platforms such as Salesforce, Clari, and PRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to enhance field scalability and continuously monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships to identify areas for improvement.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in MSP Partner Management or Implementation.
- Analytical, technical skills, and a solid strategic planning ability.
- Experience leading product demos and product enablement meetings.
- Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud computing, and relevant technologies.
- Proven results in a partner-oriented sales environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
