Life Reinsurance Strategist

About This Role
This is a leadership position where you will oversee the creation and implementation of innovative life reinsurance strategies for clients. You will be responsible for developing bespoke solutions that help clients mitigate risks and optimize their capital.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead the development of new reinsurance products that meet specific client requirements, ensuring they are compliant with regulatory standards.
- You will underwrite and price new transactions in line with our risk appetite, pricing, tax, and compliance requirements.
- You will build and maintain relationships with clients to drive business growth and ensure we meet our targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A strong educational background or actuarial qualification, combined with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar field.
- Experience in structuring and managing reinsurance transactions, including a good understanding of Solvency II regulatory landscape for life insurance.
- Strong numerical skills and a good understanding of financial metrics.
- Fluent English language skills.
