We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team in a fast-moving office recruitment environment.

You will leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, job boards, and more. Work from a Waterford office with hybrid flexibility.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years in recruitment, sales, or a fast-paced customer service role
  • B2 B/B2 C confidence and a track record in a target-driven environment
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and ambition
  • Degree Qualification
  • A strong communicator with a commercial mindset
