Motorway Traffic Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Motorway Traffic Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operation, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing traffic across the TII motorway and national road network.

  • Monitor and manage traffic patterns, identifying potential incidents or accidents before they occur.
  • Swiftly react to incidents, accidents, and emergencies on the motorway network, utilizing cutting-edge technology to identify, analyse, and regulate traffic patterns and incidents.
  • Collaborate with emergency services, contractors, and stakeholders for a prompt and effective response to any situation.
  • Deliver concise, precise instructions to drivers using various communication tools.
  • Coordinate with other control centres to effectively address incidents impacting multiple roadways.

As a Motorway Traffic Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of traffic, while maintaining the highest level of safety and efficiency. This is a full-time role that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of motivation, excellent organisational abilities, and the ability to collaborate and coordinate with diverse stakeholders effectively. Prior experience in a control room or traffic management role is beneficial, but not necessary.

Responsibilities:
