We are seeking an accomplished Building Information Modelling (BIM) professional to join our team. As a BIM Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical drawings and 3D models with a strong focus on electrical systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain detailed 2D and 3D models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Interpret mark-ups and design changes to update drawings accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain drawings and models for tender, construction, and installation phases.
  • Translate hand sketches and engineering concepts into production-level drawings.
  • Support compliance with quality standards, BIM execution plans, and documentation requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent drawing accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving design challenges.
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Effective time management and ability to deliver to deadlines.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with BIM 360 or similar model coordination platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a design environment.
  • Previous work in the construction industry is required; experience in data centre construction is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to interpret complex designs, and possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure.
